But as much as everyone loves a sophisticated cocktail, they seem impossible to duplicate at home… likely because we have no idea where to begin! Well, you shall no longer be subjected to forking over $14 for an icy libation, and it’s all thanks to one person: Revae Schneider!
Revae is the founder of Femme du Coupe, a bar-styling company that specializes in crafting cocktails and bar concepts for in-home and professional use. Say what?! Yes, she’s literally a bar stylist and will supply the bar and teach clients how to craft and design the cocktails, just like the ones served in restaurants and bars. But Revae also makes it fun and personal by creating cocktails based on an individuals’ taste; a couture cocktail, if you will! Above all, Femme du Coupe embraces a deep love and devotion for the carefully crafted cocktail. At the classes, hosted at Fleur de Lis, owner Revae Schneider will teach participants how to properly taste a cocktail, explore little-known small batch spirits, and how to brazenly mix up some one-of-a-kind cocktails all on their own. Choose from classes such as ”Date Night Cocktails. A Toast for Two,” “Single and Ready to Mingle,” “Girls Night In – Cocktails that Pair with Camaraderie,” “Just One of the Boys. Whiskey and Scotch and Gin, Oh My!,” Mixology for any Palate” and more! Novice or experienced, one and all are welcome, and now when you book a mixology class, all Cheeky Card holders will go home with a bar tool kit with all the shatzkes that you’ll need to mix up a class-act cocktail in your own home… absolutely complimentary!
