New Year’s Resolutions for the Hollywood Crowd

Stars Want to Better Themselves in 2010

by Kim Peiffer – January 6, 2010

With a New Year comes a whole new list of resolutions. I always like hearing what my friends and family are working on in the New Year, and l love to hear about what Hollywood is working on as well. So I did some digging and found out what some of the celebrities are calling their New Year’s resolutions for 2010. Turns out, some are super specific, some are more general, but most of them are just like the rest of us – to improve an aspect of their lives to make them a better person.

christina_aguilera-pink-couchSinging sensation Christina Aguilera just wants to continue doing her thing in the new decade. Her resolution is “to continue having the best life ever,” she told People magazine while hosting her New Year’s Eve bash at Tao in Las Vegas. “I paved the way for the work this year.”

American Idol Adam LambertFor American Idol alum Adam Lambert, he just wants to keep the good vibes rolling. “Continue to stay positive and live in the moment.”

Whitney PortAnd City star Whitney Port misses friends and family. Her resolution is to keep in touch more with everybody back home.

Josh GrobanSinger Josh Groban just wants to be more social – and use SPF. “Get out of the house more, get more hobbies and more activities. Get myself out in the sun,” he says.

Julianne HoughJulianne Hough says her New Year’s resolution is just, simply put, “to live,” and that’s it. Okay, girly, whatever works for you!

And one of my favorite men in Hollywood, Nick Lachey, has a simple plan for the New Year, one that he isn’t sure he will be able to stick to. “I have the same one every year, it’s to quit biting my nails. But as you can see, this is 10 years running and it’s not happening.” That’s okay, Nick, we still think you’re smokin’!
