Copa De Leon

Not one to rest on their laurels, Double A, the chic subterranean cocktail haven within Mercadito recently revamped their drink menu. It’s a bit of a tribute to the talented mixology crew at the helm this summer. The five new drinks are reflective of each individual’s personal style – hand-crafted, as always – utilizing artisanal spirits and fresh fruits and herbs.

The new lineup includes:

Copa de Leon (by Victor “Monsieur Hugo” De Leon): Bacardi 8,  red wine,  strawberry, guava orange,  green apple and agave nectar.

Crisis Mgmt (By Logan “Sistah Volcano” Lavachek): Plymouth Gin, peche liqueur, basil blackberry, lemon.

Noon de Light (By Daniel “The Sleeves” De Oliveira): Jameson, passion fruit, lemon agave, Pinot Noir float.

Pink Lion (By Dante Lopresti aka “Al Dante”): Cazadores Blanco, Hum liqueur, elderflower Lillet Blanc, lemon.

Hemingway Daiquiri (By C. Rivailagua c.1930s): Flor De Cana 4 yr., Maraschino liqueur, grapefruit, lime.

And obviously, our all time favorite, the Cheeky Chicky Boom Boom (Absolut 100, St. Germain, strawberry, lemon, vanilla sugar) is still available.

Pop in this weekend while summer is still in the air.
