Greetings from The Viceroy in Palm Springs…where hollywood glamour has never gone out of fashion.

It is Modernism Week, where mid-century modern is celebrated as art, fashion, architecture, design, and more.  The shows, the tours, the parties, the after parties…dahling, it is beyond fabulous!

The Viceroy is my favorite local retreat.  It has all of my favorite amenities: small, intimate, tucked-away, to-die-for cabanas, mirrors everywhere you turn, and a sea of  white Louis chairs.

The restaurant is as chic as can be – with a fun, eclectic menu, white-on-white decor, wall of mirrors with painted on frames, and candlelight covering the entire room.

The outdoor cabana “dining rooms” are complete with mirrored back walls, crystal chandelier, oversized white lacquer tables, a view of the turquoise pool and sky, and food and drink to match.

And the best news yet – you can’t do better for the states and warm weather in February.  That’s the icing on the couture cake.
