For 14 seasons, NBC’s The Biggest Loser has changed the lives of their overweight contestants, as well as the captivated audience. It has become an educational tool to teach contestants and viewers the importance of eating a balanced diet, exercising at effective intensities and maintaining a healthy home life. The transformations are remarkable to say the least.
