Wine Dinner at Benchmark
We have another wine dinner for you tonight – and you’re going to be stuffed by the end of this meal.
Benchmark is bringing you a five-course wine dinner; eat five fantastic courses, all accompanied by five different wine pairings. Wining and dining just so happens to be our favorite.

Wine Dinner Menu
First course - Michigan peach, Smithfield ham and herb goat cheese pizza
Second course – Spicy, chilled watermelon soup with crispy crab wonton
Third course – Tandori style Cavandish Farms quail with Black Forest bacon, roasted corn and toasted orzo salad
Fourth course – Spice rubbed New York strip with heirloom tomato panzanella salad
Dessert – Wild berry-basil and almond shortcake
