Templeton Rye Dinner at Sepia

Sepia is one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago fo shizzle. If you don’t trust us, then you’ve gotta try the food, but just letting you know, there’s no way you’ll be disappointed. Especially with the tasting menu they have prepared for this special dinner.

Michelin Star-rated Sepia restaurant is partnering with Prohibition-era whiskey company Templeton Rye to host a special spirited dinner tonight! Enjoy a four-course tasting menu specially created for the occasion, all paired with Templeton Rye cocktails.

Some of these pairings include Rye-cured hamachi, smoked peach, garam masala, and cilantro paired with a “Southern Sour” and Confit suckling pig, preserved cherries, gremolata, and bitter greens paired with am “R&R Smash.” Sounds delicious, right? Yeah, we thought you’d agree.

The evening begins with an hors d’oeuvre reception at 6:30pm in Sepia’s private event space, featuring Pearson’s “Templeton Buck” with Templeton Rye, blackberries, lime, and ginger beer alongside small bites from Chef Zimmerman. The four-course dinner will immediately follow.
