“Weekend Review” Summer Brunch Series at Nellcôte

It’s Sunday, which means one thing – brunch time. And when there’s a new brunch in town…let’s just say we gotta try it.

Nellcôte’s “Weekend Review” Summer Brunch Series is here! Executive Chef Jared Van Camp’s $18 prix fixe menu is bringing you an assortment of house-milled breads as well as pastries, condiments, cheese and Van Camp’s acclaimed house-made charcuterie, all with the choice of any entrée. What entrée will you pick? Now that’s up to you.

Give the lobster hash with poached eggs, yukon gold, fine herbs and smoked paprika hollandaise a try, or maybe give the quiche lorraine with smoked bacon, gruyere, lettuce and dijon vinaigrette a whirl. Whatever you decide, you can’t go wrong!

And to top off Van Camp’s menu, the kitchen will present their interpretations of “cocktails from chefs,” including a few new signature libations such as the Verde Maria, a unique blend of El Milagro tequila, cilantro, tomatillo, green apple and jalapeño, as well as the Nellcôte Bellini, a refreshing mix of raspberry jam, peach nectar and sparkling wine.

Nellcôte’s Summer Brunch Series is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-3pm. So if you can’t make it this weekend, try it next weekend! You won’t be disappointed.
