Learn All Things Chocolate at The French Pastry School

Chocolate….who doesn’t love it? In fact, let’s just say we can’t get enough of it (certain times more than others). And taking a class on making chocolate treats for our own personal enjoyment? Well, that’s just too good to be true – it fulfills all of our Willy Wonka fantasies.

The French Pastry School is starting a new course called the Fundamentals of All Things Chocolate starting today! Learn all the techniques to make your very own chocolate desserts, from ice creams to candies to fancy mousses.

In this three-day, hands-on course, Chef Della Gossett will guide you on a tour of all things pastry by spotlighting one of our favorite flavors. Chocolate marshmallows, molten chocolate cake, caramel-filled chocolate candies, chocolate éclairs, and chocolate soufflé are all on the menu. Learn to make recipes that bring out the versatile complexity of chocolate and inspire you to go beyond a candy bar to get your cocoa fix.

The class is $575 per person for five hours a day for three days.

That’s a lot of chocolate…and we couldn’t be more excited.
