The Easter Brunch menu at David Burke’s Primehouse is anything but typical, and that’s what we love about it. In fact, we might even call it decadent, but what’s the harm in a little decadence now and then?

 

Brunch Menu (choose one from each):

 

Starters

 

Hot Cross Buns and Petit Pastries; Eggs Benedict with asparagus, Black Forest Ham and hollandaise; French Toast “Cupcakes” with citrus butter and rhubarb compote; Maple Black Pepper Glazed Bacon or Fresh Fruit

 

Entrées

 

Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb with spring peas, pearl onions, and minted jus; Tagliatelle Pasta with spring onions, mizuna, and morel mushroom creme; Roasted Chicken Breast & Crispy Confit Leg with sage jus, Jail Island Salmon with new potatoes, fava beans, and asparagus, or Filet Mignon

 

Desserts

 

A variety of Easter treats with a choice of Cheesecake Lollipops, Peach Blueberry Crisp with vanilla ice cream, or Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake
