In a world where exercise has somehow become ironically both trendy and non-existent, it seems like we’ve lost our way in finding the definition of good health. Having worked in health and wellness for over 11 years, Alex Vasileski has taken it upon himself to change how people think about getting healthy. Initially a pre-med student, Alex changed career paths and graduated Indiana University with a Bachelors in Psychology and Biology as well as getting a Doctorate degree in Psychology.
