This fun and charitable outlook on summer comes from philanthropist and event extraordinaire Marco A. Foster.  Foster threw the event of the season, The White Party, at Parliament Chicago at the end of July, and drew a crowd of more than 600 of Chicago’s charitable partygoers to benefit a local charity.
