Leah Caplanis is the 31-year-old CEO of SOCIAL Enjoyments, a deliciously refreshing, sparkling sake line hitting Chicago area Whole Foods, Mariano’s and The Goddess and Grocer shelves this month! Not only is this entrepreneur a sharp gluten-free cookie (she just finished her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business), but Leah is also a survivor. Summer is here! Check out my appearance on CBS 2, where I show you fun eats beach essentials. Beyond Chicken is made from plant protein, yet has the same texture and taste as animal meat.  Add this healthy ingredient to your salad to please meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Lakesha’s homemade Caesar salad dressing recipe:  Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 anchovy fillets, rinsed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil Directions: 1.
