Chicago restos have a mild obsession with small plates. From tapas to tasting menus, sliders and sides, the trendiest spots focus on the tiniest portions. This can be unfavorable as a Cheeky chick with a healthy appetite. Alas, a friend and I headed to a post-work meal at Yum Cha Dim Sum hoping for a feast.
