Leah Caplanis is the 31-year-old CEO of SOCIAL Enjoyments, a deliciously refreshing, sparkling sake line hitting Chicago area Whole Foods, Mariano’s and The Goddess and Grocer shelves this month! Not only is this entrepreneur a sharp gluten-free cookie (she just finished her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business), but Leah is also a survivor.
