It’s the holidays. Who doesn’t love a pumpkin pie with a little bit of Cognac? Make this easy recipe for the holidays and impress everyone with your boozy dessert skills. I often create recipes based on my voracious reading of recipe books and magazines, not to mention the constant cooking classes I attend. But when I run across one that has to be shared, I do it (you’re welcome). I have to share how healthy, simple and outrageously delicious this dish is from Bonappetit.com.
