I love everything with the word “lux” in it: luxurious, deluxe, luxury. There are lux blankets, lux throws, lux pillows, lux cashmere sweaters; you can wrap me in lux anything any day of the week, and I am one happy girl. Now combine “lux” with the word “bar” and this happy girl just got through-the-roof exhilarated. A few weeks ago, my favorite Chicago woman, Rebecca Niziol, invited me to Blue Agave for a margarita to celebrate a great night. A Wednesday Funday?! Count me in.
