Simply put: Stephanie is a wine and spirits guru. A Social Media Strategist by day and the Drink Editor of Chicago Scene by night, she has her pulse on the latest liquor trends and could probably teach a course on the difference between Scotch and Whiskey. After all, her prized possession is the 1965 Glenlivet Cedar Collection that’s resting on her bar. After years chronicling Chicago’s cocktail scene, Stephanie is now a New Yorker – a resident of the East Village, to be exact. Whether it’s sharing national spirits trends straight from the Big Apple or covering mixology news from Chicago, Stephanie is passionate about all things cocktail and culinary. She honed her writing skills as an undergrad at Northwestern University and has been going strong ever since. In addition to holding down the fort for five years as Drink Editor for Chicago Scene, Stephanie has contributed to TastingTable.com, NBC.com, CitySearch, The Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald and penned a monthly Haute Historian column for Second City Style. She currently works at Ketchum Public Relations but, as you can see, she wears multiple hats and still finds time to update her blog regularly.
