Jessica hails from the lovely suburb of Highland Park, Illinois where she graduated from Highland Park High School and, quite unexpectedly, discovered one of her biggest passions as a Theatre major at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign–much to her father’s dismay. After graduating with a B.F.A in Acting, Jessica immersed herself in the arts and spent five years working in Chicago theatre, commercials and feature films. When she’s not behind her desk running Cheeky, she still works behind the microphone as a voice actor to get her artist fix.
These days, apart from living and breathing all things Cheeky, Jessica keeps herself busy freelancing for the magazine UrbanDaddy.com and is an on-camera correspondent for NBC 5’s new digital station “Chicago Non-Stop” covering food, nightlife and fashion. Go ahead: call her an over-achiever.
Through her travels as an actress, a writer, an event planner, and – as Jessica likes to call it – a professional social butterfly, Jessica has been able to experience the great city of Chicago from many unique perspectives which have inspired her to continuously spread the word on all of her artistic, culinary and journalistic passions. And oh- how that passion rules her life. She hopes you share some of them too. So to sum it up: Jessica loves good people and good wine. She enjoys inspiring theatre, female rockers, cute shoes and big earrings. She likes to dance, run and flow (Vinyasa yoga style, that is). But most of all, she loves all things Chicago… and everything cheeky about it.

She is fun, fabulous and fierce. She is chic, intelligent and in-the-know. But most of all, the Cheeky chick is the kind of woman who embraces, admires, respects, smiles at and opens her heart to other fabulous chicks. Now THAT'S Cheeky, darling!
