Christine Cikowski is the co-chef/founder of Sunday Dinner Club along with Josh Kulp. They will be opening Honey Butter Fried Chicken restaurant with partners, Jen Mayer and Chris Jennings, in 2012. Christine has previously worked in the kitchens of Blackbird and Milk and Honey Café, and her writing has appeared in Chicago magazine and The Chicagoist. She spends much of her time fighting the urge to snack on mise en place and convincing herself that bourbon is always a good idea.
